Turkish Standards Institution Service Qualification Certificate

TSE HYB (Turkish Standards Institution - Service Qualification Certificate) is a certificate which demonstrates that the adequacy of the services provided in the services sectors, workplaces, institutions or organizations is in compliance with the Turkish standard and/or the criteria determined by TSE and can be used with the contract concluded. HYB demonstrates the compliance of various workplaces and services to the consumer with the legislation and the adequacy of their capabilities. In order to determine the suitability of a company in terms of service location certification, TSE reviews and analyzes the compliance of the field of service and the adequacy of the service with the accepted criteria.

After Sales Service Competency Certificate

After Sales Service Qualification Certificate

SSHYB (After Sales Service Qualification Certificate) is a certificate which demonstrates that there are sufficient service area, technical staff, equipment for installation, maintenance and repair services which must be given by the manufacturers or importers for domestic and imported goods during the service life determined and announced by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Trade, and is prepared according to the company's name and address of the head office. Manufacturers or importers shall establish authorized service stations in the amount and quality specified by the ministry and in compliance with the accepted criteria and with sufficient technical staff in order to ensure full after sales services.
