The PTS-3-PTD is a powerful IV Testing, Spectral Response (SR), Quantum Efficiency (QE), Incident Photon to Converted Electron (IPCE), and Photothermal Deflection Spectroscopy (PDS) measurement system. It can be upgraded to include Internal Quantum Efficiency (IQE) measurements.
